– UK-based independent Agencies delivering digital, development, creative, brand, comms, etc. – Current turnover circa £1m, aiming to reach £2m-£3m within the next few years. – Struggling to manage their own Marketing/Strategy/Comms as client work always takes priority. – Needs an experienced pair of hands to handle all aspects of their Agency's marketing and ensure consistent delivery to boost growth, improve profile and create a brand people want to work with and for.
Ideal Project
– Initial 6-month project, with Strategy covered in Month 1, followed by 5 months of delivery of the strategy/plan. If the client wishes to continue after this, they move to monthly rolling. – Monthly budget circa £1200-£2400 depending on the level of support required.
